Zoning Regulations

The Rice County Zoning Regulations were amended May 8, 2006, following a public hearing by the Joint Planning Commission and approval of the Rice County Commission. The amended sections are Article 1, Article 2, Article 16, Article 22, Article 25, Article 26, and Article 28. In addition, an Article 16-A Planned Heavy/Hazardous Industrial District was added. A copy of the published resolution is on file with the Rice County Planning and Zoning Administrator.

The Rice County Zoning Regulations were amended April 29, 2011 following a public hearing by the Rice County Joint Planning Commission, approval of the Rice County Commission and publication in the Lyons News. The amended sections are Article 1, Article 21, Article 22, Article 27, and Article 28. A copy of the published resolution is on file with the Rice County Planning and Zoning Administrator.
